I need to finish some repairs on a fire suppression sprinkler system in my
house" Arthur says, "do we have an agenda for tonight?" Severy-4 says,
"Only the same one as before" Arthur says, "lets reverse it then?"
Arthur says, "start with web site - John, etc ?" dcarson-1 says, "bought a
book on CSS"
john-r says, "Do we first want to ck with Nancy on membership?" dcarson-1
says, "probably a good idea"

actually needs attention..." john-r says, "I see we have 2 new members and
one renewal in the last couple of days" dcarson-1 says, "including one from
FL that wants to try and start a chapter" Arthur says, "Are we expecting
Peter tonight?" john-r says, "I wonder if his machine is fixed yet" john-r
says, "I would say The flyer is more needed, not trying to pass the buck,
just we are in need of a new one" MikeD says, "that seems to be the
consensus" irs says, "You may have missed my comment at the top. My draft

Arthur says, "Well, there's certainly a bunch of european members - and
Jarvstradt is a good spokesperson for us there I think. We should let Peter
know, and whoever nominally has the chapter now" dcarson-1 says, "someone
who will activly work on it is good" MikeD says, "Arthur, in just about a
minute I'll be able to do things again and I'll find the message from
Nicklas" Greg says, "A message from Nicklas about the Moon Society?" MikeD
says, "He basically offered to take on the challenge of the Eurochapter"

MikeD says, "And I've got it all ready for him" MikeD says, "What about

other day because I was bored. Someone needs to check the Volunteering
Mailbox a little more frequently" MikeD says, "I haven't replied to him yet
because I didn't know what to say" dcarson-1 says, "they're in alphabetical
and all the other ones down there are specilized" Arthur says, "Oops, that
was back in August..." MikeD says, "and it's one of the mailboxes with the
least traffic" MikeD says, "I would *not* like to be checking the Spam
Trash mailbox" Arthur says, "Mike, how did that eurochapter get started? It
doesn't have a person listed on it at all right now?" Arthur says, "Except
you?"
john-r says, "It shows Randall is the owner, maybe he has been in contact
?" MikeD says, "Dunno"
john-r says, "the help dir message on euro chapter, that is" Arthur says,
"Well, tell him he's welcome to take it on, thanks for volunteering, and
Peter Kokh will be in touch ?" MikeD says, "There was a eurochapter on ASI,
when we migrated I just moved it over. When I saw the email from Nicklas I
setup the new website in the hopes that we can get him to take it on" MikeD
says, "The old one was ASI Eurochapter" Arthur says, "(since Peter's not
here tonight)" MikeD says, "but since all chapters got moved" DaveW arrives.
MikeD says, "Does anyone else want to respond to him. I'm not very good at
responses" Arthur says, "Hi Dave, didn't you arrive before too?" MikeD
says, "That was the other Dave"
DaveW says, "i changed computers"

Arthur says, "Can you send him a list of all the current Europe members?
That would probably help him get started?" MikeD says, "I suppose I can"

MikeD says, "He's probably a little perturbed that we haven't got back to
him yet" Michael says, "as in: I got involved in a movie downstairs during
dinner and forgot to come back uphere...." Michael reads the meeting agenda
Arthur says, "Welcome back Michael - unfortunately Randall's busy with a
home repair project, Amy's not here tonight, Peter's probably stuck with no
computer - not a very organized meeting tonight." MikeD says, "lots of
connects and disconnects also" Michael says, "hmmm.... in that case I'm
going to call it a night...." Nancy-1 says, "Hi guys! I'm sorry I was away
from the keyboard. " Severy-4 has disconnected.
The housekeeper arrives to remove Severy-4. dcarson-1 says, "any questions
or commnets on membership processing?" Nancy-1 says, "Dana, as of last
night, everything is up to date in membership processing." Arthur says,
"thanks"
dcarson-1 says, "you have everything you need to send out membership
packets yet?" Nancy-1 says, "You're welcome, Arthur." Nancy-1 says, "Missy
is just waiting on the bumper stickers, Dana. Greg needs to get them in the
mail for her." dcarson-1 pokes Greg
Greg is officially embarrassed.
dcarson-1 says, "IIRC new mmbers get posters, renewals get bumper stickers"
Greg says, "Right."
Nancy-1 says, "Right."
Greg says, "I also asked Missy to keep a little log of her time so that
we'll know how much time it *really* takes to do this task." Nancy-1 says,
"She's doing that."
Greg says, "Currently the rate of new memberships isn't enough to absorb
the overhead." Greg says, "Thanks, Nancy. :)"
Nancy-1 says, "You're welcome, Greg. :)" dcarson-1 says, "Ian and I will
try to scare up some at Philcon" Nancy-1 says, "That would be great, Dana."
